Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Free standard shipping on orders over $100 (before tax).

Local Delivery / Pickup
We offer free local delivery for customers within a 10-mile radius of our store for orders over $25. Same-day delivery may be available if the order is placed before 2 PM.

In-store pickup is available at no charge. You will be notified when your order is ready.

Shipping Restrictions
Due to regulations, we do not ship prescription medications. These must be picked up in person or delivered locally by our licensed delivery team. We also cannot ship certain temperature-sensitive or controlled substances.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on prescription medications, injectables, or custom-compounded products.

We gladly accept returns of non-prescription items, including:

  • Over-the-counter medications

  • Personal care items (unopened)

  • Vitamins & supplements (unopened)

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Return Process
* Non-prescription items: Most unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided they are in resale-condition, with original packaging and receipt.
* Prescription medications: Due to health and safety regulations, prescription drugs (once dispensed and shipped) cannot be returned or refunded.
* If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you believe there was a shipping error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution — we may arrange a replacement or refund, and shipping costs may be waived in this case.
* Items returned by the customer may require the customer to cover return shipping, and original shipping charges may not be refundable.
* The pharmacy reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the product is opened, used, missing original packaging, or deemed non-resalable.

Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
